Shipping + Handling

Orders are usually sent within 24 hours although please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

As a small startup Novel North currently only ships within the mainland UK.

Orders are shipped via the Royal Mail.  

Within the UK postage is £4.19 for 1st class and £3.49 for 2nd class.

Returns

Our current returns policy is 15 days.  

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.  

If you need to return an item please email hello@novelnorth.com, including the reason as to why you would like to return the item and any necessary photo attachments.

Packaging

Where possible, as much of our packaging is reused and recycled. All new packaging is ordered from Eco-craft, an independent family-run eco friendly British based company. To discover more about their ethos, please visit their ‘About Us’

We would also encourage you to reuse, where possible, the packaging you receive with your order.
